Primary 4 had great fun this morning investigating pumpkins. We were measuring height, width, girth and weight. We cut one pumpkin in half and looked at all the different pieces inside. We estimated and then counted the seeds. We peeled the pumpkin halves and made delicious soup. Lots of children asked for MORE!!! Mr Lagan thought our soup was fantastic. We carved another pumpkin into a Jack O Lantern which one lucky child will win tomorrow.
