Next week is European Week of Waste Reduction and Mid Ulster Council are asking schools to recycle old batteries to prevent them for going to landfill.
This is part of the Council's Recycling Hero Campaign and we encourage all the pupils at St Mary's to be Recycling Heroes!
So please send in all your old batteries and they will be collected in the school battery collection box.
