On Tuesday, as part of St Mary's Eco Schools initiative ,improving our school grounds, primary 6 and 7 with the help of Peter, our caretaker, were busy planting daffodil and tulip bulbs in our raised beds.
The children helped Peter to measure the holes for each bulb and then planted them making sure the roots were going down!
The children also measured the distance between the bulbs to ensure we will have an even spread of beautiful blooms come Spring!
