The sun was shining brightly on all our wonderful Primary 4 children as they made their First Holy Communion today.
The success of today’s ceremony is testament to the close links between home, school and Parish, where the combined efforts of all were celebrated in a very moving ceremony, beautifully reverent in its simplicity.
Thank you to Fr Doherty and Fr O Doherty for their continued and unwavering support of our children.
Thank you to all our parents for their dedication and commitment to ensuring all children were presented and prepared so well.
Thank you to our Primary 4 teachers, Mr Toner and Mr Convery, for their hard work this year in providing each child with all the necessary Sacramental preparation.
Thank you to our Primary 4 children who were a credit to us all.
And finally, thank you to our fantastic choir children and our soloist Shea, who added so much to the ceremony.
It was an occasion which will be remembered with pride by all of the St. Mary’s Glenview family.
