Primary Seven had a lovely end to their day enjoying a Music Therapy session with Louise.
The children discussed feelings and worries. They also looked at strategies to help them deal with anxiety. To end the session the children spent some time working on breathing techniques. Everyone found it extremely beneficial and relaxing. Thank you Louise.
