As part of our class novel ‘The Spirit of the Titanic’, P6/7 have been finding out details about the Titanic, it’s constuction, passengers and the tragedy associated with the ship.
We would to say a massive thanks to Shann for bringing in a photo frame of the New York Times front page the morning after the Titanic had sank- Tuesday April 16, 1912!
The pupils had loads of fun reading the report, which included learning about the events leading up to and after the Titanic had perished, along with a list of those who survived the tragedy.
Well done P6/7!
