Children in primary 2&3 participated in a bus trip around Maghera and the surrounding areas as part of the topic ‘Houses and Homes’.
John the bus driver took us to lots of exciting places including a drive around Maghera to see all the different types of houses, the Tirnony Dolmen monument, the Sweat House and a trip around the countryside. The trip concluded with a stop at Jamesie’s shop on the Glenshane for a slush puppy! Thank you Jamesies- a lovely treat to finish our adventure 🙂 everyone had lots of fun!
