Christine from the Department of Infrastructure came to our school on Thursday. We went for a walk around Maghera and learned how to cross safely and the dangers!! We stopped outside the florists and conducted a traffic survey. We couldn't believe how many cars and lorries passed through the town in such a short space of time. We completed a booklet when we returned to class. Everyone received a certificate and a reflector for a bicycle. As it is Road Safety Week, we hope that we remember everything we have learned!
