The sun was shining and the pitch was in perfect condition for Sports Day on Wednesday. Once again this year all the boys and girls made a terrific effort with posters, banners and t-shirts depicting this year's theme of "Our Local Area".
In the morning the boys and girls were in their teams and they took part in fun filled games with lots of dancing thrown in too.
In the afternoon each year group had sprint, sack, egg and spoon and relay races with the winners being presented with their medals on the podium.
Well done to all the boys and girls, the teachers and all the staff for making sports day such an enjoyable day!
