Everyone in St. Mary’s Glenview enjoyed an active start to the day today with a fantastic fitness circuit with Sportivater Becca and Team Ireland and NI Swimmer, David Thompson. We all had the opportunity to take part in a range of exercises which were great fun and also very beneficial for our brains!
David also told us all about his journey to becoming a professional swimmer and how important it is never to give up!
