As this is Mental Health Week, we went for a wellness walk this morning. We walked down to the Walled Garden and looked at the beautiful plants and flowers growing there. On the way we met a lovely dog called Lulu. On the way back we passed Oisín’s house. There’s nothing like a walk in the sunshine to make you feel good 😊
